Thank you for booking a tour with us!   This form will create a tentative reservation.  

You will receive an email within 48 hours with your itinerary, itinerary number, and a link to our secure payment page which you will use to pay your deposit.  Once your deposit clears, you will receive another email with your final booking confirmation.

Deposit and cancellation terms

For tours of 2 hours or longer, we require a 50% deposit, refundable as follows:

  • 28 days or more prior to tour date, 100% refund
  • 21 to 27 days prior to tour date, 75% refund
  • 14 to 20 days prior to tour date, 50% refund
  • 13 days or less prior to tour date, no refund

Deposits must be paid within 7 days of booking approval in order to hold your reservation.  We accept deposits by credit card on our secure payment page.  We will provide full refunds if your airline flight or cruise ship or ferry arrival is cancelled.

TEMSCO HELICOPTERS REFUND POLICY

Temsco requires 100% advance payment to secure reservations, and provides full refunds if the flight is cancelled due to weather or mechanical problems.

They have a 10 per cent cancellation charge if you cancel at least 24 hours before their scheduled pickup time.

YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR DEPOSIT PAYMENT.

A receipt for your payment will be emailed to you.  The remaining payment will be due at the end of your tour.
